Legislative Summary
Licensing law was passed a few years ago, but has never been implemented because the General Assembly never funded the program.  Current requirements (if the program in it's current form should become funded) are: 48 hours of training by a school approved by a National Home Inspection Organization. Have completed at least 100 fee paid inspections. Correspondence Course currently excluded.
