STATE BOARD EXAMINATION 3) Complete the application for registration as a home inspector and all required documentation. Biennial renewal due by Dec 31 of even numbers. Continuing education requirements - 20 hours each year. Any course relating to the general subject matter of home inspection - course approval not required
